Silicon Nitride Dewaxing Vacuum Sintering Furnace

It is mainly used for dewaxing of silicon carbide ceramic materials (vacuum Ar carrier gas or hydrogen micro-positive pressure dewaxing), vacuum sintering, partial pressure sintering, pressure sintering, rapid cooling and other processes. It meets the strict requirements of furnace temperature uniformity and atmosphere uniformity in the sintering process of silicon carbide ceramic materials, and the furnace body structure design is advanced and reasonable, which is convenient for operation and maintenance. The main supporting components (control elements, sensors, graphite heating elements, thermocouples, main control valves, vacuum pumps, etc.) are at the international advanced level and can meet the requirements of long-term, stable and reliable mass production.
